Can I shop MoonBabe in-person?

Yes, if you're in the Chicago area, you're welcome to visit our studio! You can browse our full selection of clean beauty and wellness products, speak with our Holistic Health Coach, and even sample items in person. To set up an appointment please email  info@moonbabe.co

Absolutely! We believe in holistic wellness, which is why we offer consultations with our Holistic Health Coach. What is clean beauty?

Clean beauty refers to products made with ingredients that are non-toxic, safe, and free from harmful chemicals. At MoonBabe, we carefully curate our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of purity and efficacy. We prioritize using natural, sustainably sourced ingredients and avoid harmful additives like parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, and other known irritants. Our goal is to offer products that are as good for your skin as they are for the environment.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! We prioritize choosing products with clean, natural ingredients that are suitable for even the most sensitive skin. However, as every skin type is unique, we always recommend patch testing a small amount of any product before full application. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where does MoonBabe ship if I purchase from your online store?

We currently ship within the 50 states including Hawaii & Alaska. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately at this time we do not have the bandwidth to ship internationally. Please check back with us in the future.

Shipping rates

We offer a variety of shipping options within the 50 US states. We offer free shipping in the domestic US on orders over $99. 

When will my order ship?

We process your order within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships to let you know it’s on the way. 

Where do my products ship from? 

All orders are fulfilled, packed and shipped from Evanston, IL.

What shipping company do you use? 

MoonBabe uses USPS & UPS to ship all orders. Shipping methods depend on your location and the size of your order. You will be able to see the prices of the shipping options prior to finalizing your order. 

Am I able to track my order? 

Once MoonBabe has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to track your package. Please check your spam/junk/promotions email folders if you haven't received a shipping confirmation. 

What if I’m unable to locate my package?

Once MoonBabe has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to track your package. If your package is missing, please immediately contact UPS or USPS with the tracking information. 

What if my package arrived broken or damaged? 

Please email us immediately at info@moonbabe.co with a photo of the damaged product so we can process a replacement as soon as possible.

Can I change my order or shipping address once I’ve placed it? 

If you’ve ordered incorrectly or entered the wrong shipping address and have not received a shipping confirmation, please call us immediately at 224.307.6312. We will do our best to correct it. However, once you have received the shipping confirmation, MoonBabe cannot change the order. Once you receive the package, please call or email  info@moonbabe.co, and we will help you with the return. 

Can I place an order over the phone? 

You are welcome to call us at 224.307.6312 if you need assistance placing an order over the phone or have any questions about our products.

What materials do you use to ship packages?

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at MoonBabe. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact, which is why we use 100% recyclable boxes for all of our shipments. To protect your products during transit, we use Greenwrap, an eco-friendly and recyclable cushioning material. Additionally, if other paper products are included in our packaging, they are repurposed from our vendors' shipments, ensuring that we minimize waste wherever possible. We’re proud to offer a shopping experience that supports both your wellness and the planet’s health!

Will my natural products expire?

Yes, natural products do have a shelf life. Our brands prioritize using fresh, high-quality ingredients with as long a shelf life as possible. However, since these are natural products (much like food), they may expire sooner than conventional beauty products. If a product smells off or its color changes, it’s a sign it’s no longer at its best and should be discarded for safety. Be sure to check the expiration dates provided, and store products in a cool, dry place to prolong their life!

How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

Choosing the right products for your skin type is important for the best results. We recommend reading the detailed product descriptions, where we provide information on the ingredients and benefits for specific skin types. If you're unsure, you can also reach out to us for personalized advice by emailing info@moonbabe.co, and we’d be happy to recommend products based on your unique skin concerns!

Do you provide samples?

We’re happy to offer samples of select products, both in our studio and online! For more details on which products are available for sampling, check out the individual product pages. If you’re unsure which products are best for your unique skin or wellness needs, feel free to email us at info@moonbabe.co We’d be happy to recommend the perfect products for you! 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

You have 30 days to return products purchased, that are unused and in original condition for a store credit. We do not accept returns on used products and highly suggest you donate them to someone in need or gift to a friend. In an effort to stop landfill pollution we no longer accept used product returns. Exchanges over 30 days will not be accepted out of fairness for all of our customers and respect for our all-natural ingredients!

If you’d like to return or exchange an item bought in-person please contact us at  info@moonbabe.co If you’d like to return or exchange an item bought online, please follow the steps below.

How do I return an online purchase/order? 

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email info@moonbabe.co and include your name, order #, reason for return, and email address used to purchase order
  2. Someone from our team will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

How long will it take to process a return?

Once your return is received, you will be notified by email regarding your store credit or refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Any credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement.

I received the wrong product!

Oops! We’re sorry about that! Please contact us at info@moonbabe.co and we will make sure you get what you ordered asap!

BILLING INFORMATION

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay and Paypal. 

What should I do if my payment is declined or my order won’t process?

We recommend checking a few things if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (zip code, security code, etc.) match what you’ve entered into the order form.
  • Is your card expired?
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. Check with your credit card company before trying your card again.

If none of these apply, please email us at info@moonbabe.co and we’ll help you out!

Is tax applied to my order?

Customers in Illinois may be subjected to applicable sales taxes.

Send us an email at info@moonbabe.co as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Can I combine promo codes at checkout?

We only accept one promo code per order. For sitewide sales, a promo code may not be required, and in such cases, you can’t combine it with additional promo codes.
