International Shipping

At this time, MoonBabe does not offer international shipping. We are currently only able to fulfill orders within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also track your order on our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately at  info@moonbabe.co. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
